Buddy,there is a quest in modoc with very special reward *vertibird guy*,you need 109 speech,80 doc and around 100 fa..*also ss and doc bag*.choose carefully how to employ your skill points.The reward is VERY special.

With good speech, you can trade gold nuggets (x5) for 2250xp and 2k caps

第一个是吸血鬼任务，可以得到2个PERK，条件不够能得到一个
一个是夜视，一个是回血增多，都很实用

第二个确定是MODOC么

Quest "Radio DJ":
Every 20 minutes at zero channel radio announcement is made, which indicates what kind of NPC thing in what quantity is required to bring the reward. The application is active for 1 hour game.
